A first night deposit will be charged to the credit card given.
A cancellation or any amendment of the booked hotel room(s) free of charge can be made up to 29 days prior to arrival.
The cancellation must be sent to groups@hgidublin.com in writing and needs to be reconfirmed.
If you fail to honour your reservation, the hotel is entitled to charge the agreed costs for the whole period to your credit card account.
Cancellation fees may apply for any reservation changes (such as changes in arrival/departure dates) as well.
