Congress registration - 6 easy steps to remember!

Step 1

For this year's and future ECPs please create your personal congress account. Simply enter your first and last name, and your e-mail address and click "Create Account"

If you are an ESP member you can simply use your membership login. If you have attended ESP/IAP 2020, ECP 2021, ECP 2022 and/or ECP 2023, please use your existing login credentials.
 

Step 2

You will receive an account activation e-mail. Please click on the activation link in the e-mail. You will be redirected to the congress website.

Step 3

You will be asked to set a password. Please enter a password of your choice two times and click "Activate Account".

You can now register for the European Congress of Pathology.

Step 4

Please enter your address data within the registration form and state whether you are an ESP member or not. Then click "Next"
The ESP would like you to answer some statistical questions about your field of work. Please answer the respective questions and click "Next". 

On the next page, please select whether you would like to attend the entire congress or one of the additional symposia. Afterwards, you will be able to select the applicable fee. Please confirm your selection by clicking "Next". 

The last step will be to check and confirm your input and your booking(s) as well as our privacy policy and terms of service by clicking "Book now (liable to pay)"

You have successfully registered for the ECP.

Step 5

The congress offers three payment methods: Secure payment by credit card via your congress account, by PayPal or bank transfer to our account. 

You can pay by credit card or PayPal at any time: Login to your congress account and click "Pay now".

Step 6

A confirmation/invoice will be sent via e-mail within two weeks.
Please also check your spam/junk folder. 
You will find your participant number and a barcode on your confirmation. 

Please have this confirmation ready at the counter on-site - either printed out or as a pdf file on your smartphone or tablet - to print out your name badge at our check-in terminals.

Your name badge is your congress ticket and is non-transferable.
