Please note the tourism tax rates: EUR 7 in 4* category hotels and EUR 6 in 3* category hotels per person/night.

Due to high tourist demand in September, we strongly recommend booking as soon as possible. Availability is not guaranteed for last minute bookings and rates will increase as the congress start date approaches.

Group bookings

CPO HANSER SERVICE GmbH has contracted hotel allotments for groups (from 10 rooms) in the city centre of Florence. Please send your request (no. of rooms required, arrival and dept. date, preferred hotels, max budget pP/night) by the end of January/beginning of February 2024 to ecp-florence@cpo-hanser.de. We strongly advise you to book well in advance, as September is high season and the capacity of accommodation in Florence city centre is limited due to the high tourist demand.
