Online registration for ECP 2022 Basel will start in early January 2022.

Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to scientific sessions, poster exhibition and technical exhibition.
When registering for the 34th ECP, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment: Credit card payment and bank transfer. We strongly recommend credit card payment as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin and a second time in the target country.

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice (via e-mail).
In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. A refund minus a service charge of EUR 75 will be given for cancellations received by 24 May 2022. After 24 May 2022, no refunds will be given.
Residents / PhD students need to confirm their status by a formal declaration in English language from the head of department or the responsible for the training programme. The confirmation needs to be written on formal letter paper (incl. letter head) of your institute with official stamp and signature.
In addition, a proof of age (e.g. a copy of their ID card or passport) has to be provided. All documents need to be uploaded during the registration process.
Please note that reduced registration fees for residents / PhD students are not offered for "on-site" registrations, as proofs cannot be checked.
The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes.
You can apply for an invitation letter online during the registration process on the congress website. The letters will be sent as e-mail attachments once the payment has been received.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support.
Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle the participants to receive a delegate bag and congress material. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.
