Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions, the poster exhibition and technical exhibition. Neither does the fee include any meals, such as congress coffee breaks/lunches.
When registering for the 30th European Congress of Pathology, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment. We strongly recommend credit card payment as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin and a second time in the target country.

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material.
In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. A full refund (minus an administrative charge of EUR 100,00) will be given for cancellations received by 24 May 2018. After 24 May 2018, no refunds will be given.
Residents need to confirm their status by a formal declaration from the Head of Department or the responsible for the training programme. The confirmation needs to be written on formal letter paper of your institute with official stamp and signature.
PhD students need to provide a valid student ID card or confirmation of enrolment.
In addition, a proof of age (e.g. a copy of their ID card or passport) has to be provided. All documents need to be uploaded during the registration process.
Undergraduate students are eligible for a free registration to the congress in Bilbao.

Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle the participants to receive a delegate bag and congress material. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.
For the fourth time in a row, the ESP is happy to announce that the Two-Day Symposium for Molecular Biologists involved in Molecular Pathology Diagnostics and Research will broaden the spectrum of the European Congress of Pathology. The symposium will take place on Monday, 10 September 2018 and Tuesday, 11 September 2018.
The topics of the symposium will cover current issues in the field of Molecular Biology and Pathology. Further information will soon be available here.
For participants with a full ECP registration, the Two-Day Symposium for Molecular Biologists is included in the registration fee.
The ECP 2018 will again feature a One-Day Computational Pathology Symposium.
The symposium will take place on Sunday, 9 September 2018 and will contain ambitious and contemporary topics. Further information will soon be available here.
