Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions, the poster exhibition and technical exhibition. Neither does the fee include any meals, such as congress coffee breaks/lunches.
When registering for the 32nd Congress of the ESP / XXXIII Congress of the IAP, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment. We strongly recommend credit card payment as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin and a second time in the target country.

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material.
The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes.
You can apply for an invitation letter online during the registration process on the congress website. The letters will be sent as e-mail attachments once the payment has been received.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support.
In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. A full refund (minus an administrative charge of EUR 100,00) will be given for cancellations received by 2 September 2020. After 2 September 2020, no refunds will be given.
Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle the participants to receive a delegate bag and congress material. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.
Residents / PhD students need to confirm their status by a formal declaration in English language from the head of department or the responsible for the training programme. The confirmation needs to be written on formal letter paper of your institute with official stamp and signature.
In addition, a proof of age (e.g. a copy of their ID card or passport) has to be provided. All documents need to be uploaded during the registration process.
Undergraduate students are eligible for a free registration to the congress in Glasgow.

Please note that free registrations for undergraduate students can only be granted prior to the congress, upon approval of the application document, not on-site in Glasgow.
The ESP/IAP Congress 2020 will be accompanied by the Two-Day Molecular Pathology Diagnostics and Translational Research Symposium.
For participants with a full ESP/IAP Congress registration, the Two-Day Molecular Diagnostics Symposium is included in the registration fee.
The ESP/IAP 2020 will again feature a One-Day Computational Pathology Symposium.
For participants with a full ESP/IAP Congress registration, the Computational Pathology Symposium is included in the registration fee.
