Guidelines for Presenters

Oral Presentations

The abstracts with the highest scores have been accepted as oral presentations.
An oral presentation is a short part (10 min; 8 min for abstract presenters in the Computational Pathology Symposium) of an Oral Free Paper Session.

For the virtual congress, all oral presentations need to be pre-recorded by the author and uploaded through the personal congress account.

The format for PowerPoint presentations is 16:9.
Please make sure to include a slide indicating any conflict of interest. A template can be downloaded through this website (via button "COI template").

All uploaded oral presentations will be included in the on-demand content of the virtual congress and will be available to browse for all registered delegates throughout the live hours of the congress.

Don't miss the OFP meet-ups!

The concept of the OFP meet-ups is to ensure interaction even though there are no live presentations for OFPs. As an OFP author you are invited to go to the Networking Area on all three congress days, receive feedback on your presentation (available on demand), answer questions and just liaise with fellow pathologists.
The sessions will be introduced by ESP Education Manager Dr. Christos Poulios.

Kindly note there will be NO live presentations.

OFP meet-ups are scheduled to take place as follows:

Sunday, 29 Aug 2021, 18:15 – 18:45 (CEST)
Monday, 30 Aug 2021, 13:15 – 13:45 (CEST)
Tuesday, 31 Aug 2021, 09:45 – 10:15 (CEST)
