Guidelines for Presenters

Oral Presentations

The abstracts with the highest scores have been accepted as oral presentations.
An oral presentation is a short part (10 min) of an Oral Free Paper Session.

For the virtual congress, all oral presentations need to be pre-recorded by the author and uploaded through the personal congress account.
Uploads will start in late October. Submitting authors will be notified via e-mail once presentations can be uploaded.

The format for PowerPoint presentations is 16:9.
Please make sure to include a slide indicating any conflict of interest. A template can be downloaded through this website (see button "COI template").

All uploaded oral presentations will be included in the on-demand content of the virtual congress and will be available to browse for all registered delegates throughout the live hours of the congress.

Physical = Digital Posters

Authors whose abstracts have been selected for a physical poster presentation are invited to prepare a digital poster, with the option to add a video file to present the poster (max. 4 minutes).

Contrary to previous ECPs, the poster format is LANDSCAPE, as the majority of the congress participants will participate in the virtual congress via their desktop computer or laptop.

Deadline for uploads is 23 November 2020, 23:59 GMT.

E-Posters

Authors whose abstracts have been selected for an E-Poster will be invited to upload their E-Poster. Please read the guidelines for preparation carefully.

Contrary to previous ECPs, the E-Poster format is LANDSCAPE, as the majority of the congress participants will participate in the virtual congress via their desktop computer or laptop.

Deadline for uploads is 23 November 2020, 23:59 GMT.
