Virtual attendance - what is included in the fees?
ESP Members, Non-Members, Residents and PhD students:
- Access to all* sessions (including Molecular Pathology Diagnostics Symposium (MD) and Computational Symposium (CP SY)) during live congress hours.
- Access to all* sessions on demand (until 11 October 2024 for non-members or 11 December 2024 for ESP members)
- Access to digital posters/E-Posters
* Videomicroscopy Sessions will neither be live-streamed nor recorded.
Additional One-Day Symposia:
- Access to all sessions of the respective symposium during live congress hours
- Access to all symposium related on-demand content (until 11 October 2024 for non-members or 11 December 2024 for ESP members)
- Access to digital posters/E-Posters

| * In good standing (membership fee for 2024 paid). Please note that the member fee can only be granted if you are a member of the ESP at the time of registration. If you are not a member yet, you need to apply for membership first and once you have received your ESP membership confirmation, you can register at the member fee. | |||

When registering for the 36th ECP, please immediately arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between three forms of payment:Credit card payment, PayPal or bank transfer.
Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, VISA) - secure payment through your congress account.
PayPal - secure payment through your congress account.
Bank transfer to the congress bank account (Payments by bank transfer can only be accepted until 1 September 2024)
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice (via e-mail).
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. A refund minus a service charge of EUR 100 will be given for cancellations received by 31 May 2024. After 31 May 2024, no refunds will be granted.
After the above-mentioned deadline we recommend to rebook for virtual instead of on-site participation. A refund of the difference minus a service charge of
EUR 100 will be given.
Undergraduate students are eligible for a free virtual registration to the 36th ECP.

Please note that free registrations for undergraduate students can only be granted until 5 days prior to the congress, upon approval of the application document.
