Please note that the member fee can only be granted if you are a member of the ESP at the time of registration.
If you are not a member yet, you need to apply for membership first and once you have received your ESP membership confirmation, you can register at the member fee.

** For residents under 40 (i.e. born after 7 September 1977 - to be proven by ID card/passport). The residents status must be confirmed by a formal declaration from the Head of Department or the responsible for the training programme. The confirmation needs to be written on formal letter paper of your institute with official stamp and signature.

Advance registration for the sightseeing tour for accompanying persons on 3, 4 or 5 September 2017 is required. Please book your included tour at least one day prior at the congress counter.

Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions, the poster exhibition and the technical exhibition.

Residents need to send a proof of age (e.g. a copy of their ID card or passport). In addition the residents status must be confirmed by a formal declaration from the Head of Department or the responsible for the training programme. The confirmation needs to be written on formal letter paper of your institute with official stamp and signature.

Undergraduate students are eligible for a free registration to the congress in Amsterdam.
If you are an undergraduate student and interested in participating in the congress, please contact the Congress Office at ecp-amsterdam@cpo-hanser.de.

Participants who would like to register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle the participants to receive a delegate bag and congress material. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.

When registering for the 29th European Congress of Pathology, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You can choose between two forms of payment. We strongly recommend credit card payment as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin and a second time in the target country.

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please present this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material.

Their consent provided, delegates will be given the possibility to have their name, institution, city and country listed in the list of participants published on the internet. Upon request a direct link to the homepage of the participant or his / her institution can be installed.

In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. A full refund (minus an administrative charge of EUR 100) will be given for cancellations received by 20 May 2017. After 20 May 2017, no refunds will be given.

For the third time in a row, the ESP is happy to announce that the Two Day Symposium for Molecular Biologists involved in Molecular Pathology Diagnostics and Research will broaden the spectrum of the European Congress of Pathology. The symposium will take place on Monday, 4 September 2017 and Tuesday, 5 September 2017.

The topics of the symposium will cover current issues in the field of Molecular Biology and Pathology. Further information will soon be available →here.

For participants with a full ECP registration, the 2-Day Symposium for Molecular Biologists is included in the registration fee.

The ECP 2017 will again feature a One Day Symposium for Information Technology (IT).

The symposium will take place on Sunday, 3 September 2017 and will contain ambitious and contemporary topics.
