Congress Language

The official language of the Intercongress Meeting of the ESP is English.


Invitation Letter

The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa.

This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Letters of invitation may be requested from the congress office no later than 31 July 2010. The letters will be sent as email attachments. In case an express delivery is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his / her own expense.


Congress Counter

The Congress Counter will be located in the entrance area of the Auditorium Maximum.

Technical Exhibition

The Intercongress Meeting of the ESP will be accompanied by a major technical exhibition. Potential exhibitors can request an exhibition/sponsorship brochure from the exhibition office, CPO HANSER SERVICE GmbH.

 

CME – Continuing Medical Education

The 'European Society of Pathology' (or) 'Intercongress Meeting of the European Society of Pathology' is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net .

The 'Intercongress Meeting of the European Society of Pathology' is designated for a maximum of (or 'for up to') 18 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA). To convert EACCME credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, contact the AMA.
